Refund Policy

1. Overview

AutoBuyCS is a digital software product with license delivery by email. Due to the nature of digital access and immediately delivered license keys, refunds are limited and handled case by case under this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund when one of the following is verified:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • License key was not delivered and support could not resolve delivery
  • Technical activation issue that cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful license delivery
  • Trading losses, missed opportunities, or marketplace/account restrictions
  • Issues caused by incorrect user configuration or third-party API downtime
  • Requests made after substantial use of the license

4. Crypto Payments

Crypto payments are typically final and irreversible. Any approved refund for crypto payments may require manual processing and may be subject to network/processing fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@autobuycs.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Payment/order reference
  • Email used at checkout
  • Description of the issue and any screenshots/logs

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to license suspension.
