By purchasing, downloading, or using AutoBuyCS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AutoBuyCS for personal use. This license allows you to:

• Install and use the Software on your personal computers
• Receive updates and support as outlined in your plan
• Use the Software for automated CS2 item monitoring and buying

The current Pro checkout is $19.99 per month unless cancelled before renewal. Promotional or tester access may be issued separately as a time-limited Keygen license. Taxes, currency conversion, and the final amount shown at checkout are determined by the payment provider.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software to violate any marketplace's terms of service

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

AutoBuyCS connects to third-party marketplace APIs. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from marketplaces
• Complying with each marketplace's terms of service
• Any fees charged by third-party marketplaces
• Securing your API keys and account credentials

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party marketplaces, including account suspensions or bans.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific trading results or profits
• Compatibility with all systems or marketplaces
• That the Software will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Loss of funds, loss of money, missed profits, or other monetary losses
• Account suspensions or bans from marketplaces
• Failed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect trades/orders
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Software

You acknowledge that all trading and market activity involves risk, and you are solely responsible for all decisions and outcomes while using the Software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBuyCS is not responsible for any loss caused by software behavior, bugs, API downtime, third-party service failures, or configuration mistakes.

7. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading CS2 items is inherently risky. Prices can change rapidly, liquidity can disappear, and third-party marketplaces can reject, delay, or cancel orders. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your target prices, quantity settings, and trading decisions
• You can lose funds due to market movement, slippage, API delays, or marketplace behavior
• You are responsible for monitoring and adjusting your configuration before enabling autobuy

8. Updates and Support

The Pro subscription includes updates and support while your subscription is active. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features
• Change the update schedule
• Discontinue support for older versions

Support is provided via email as outlined in your plan. Response times are not guaranteed.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the Software
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Privacy and Data

Your API keys and trading data are stored locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or transmit your:

• API keys or credentials
• Trading history or purchase data
• Personal financial information

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
